7 Day Trial Cancellation
You can cancel the 7 day trial at anytime within the 7 days by either using the contact form on this website https://mm2creditrepair.com/contact or by sending an email to support@mm2creditrepair.com
Service Cancellation
Notice Requirement: To exercise the right of cancellation, the Client must deliver a written notice of cancellation to the Company at support@mm2creditrepair.com OR by visiting https://mm2creditrepair.com/contact and using the contact form. This notice must explicitly state the Client's intention to cancel the Agreement. Cancellation of monthly fee at any time in this process must be in writing 3 days prior to the next automatic payment.
(b) Acknowledgment of Receipt: The Company is required to acknowledge receipt of the cancellation notice in writing within two (2) business days of its receipt. This acknowledgment will confirm the termination of the Agreement.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for work performed. Your monthly payment will only be charged AFTER work is complete. The Initial Work Fee is due and payable 7 days after the execution of this Agreement and is non-refundable after work is performed by The Company. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis determined solely by The Company.
Chargeback Policy
You, The Client, agree not to initiate any chargebacks. You agree to submit, in writing, any complaints or concerns for services provided to support@mm2creditrepair.com OR https://mm2creditrepair.com/contact The Company is required to respond in writing within 2 business days and will determine if a refund is warranted for services provided. You agree that any chargebacks initiated are valid only if you have submitted, in writing, any complaints to the email address provided above and we fail to respond within the 2 business day timeframe.
